For this reason, the original painting may differ from how the image looks on your screen, though we provide necessary description and close-up details of the artwork like textures and brush strokes.
All copyright remains with the artist, and the artworks may not be reproduced.
Artzense requires payment in full before shipping the original artwork.

Create an account with Artzense. ( one time only) Continue Steps 1 to 4 until your shopping is complete.
Proceed to checkout.
Proceed to payment. You will receive an order confirmation that will be sent in your registered email account / SMS.
We pack all art pieces with great care. We cover them with wax paper, bubble wrap, and foam core for stability, then place them inside a plywood box with silica gel. A “FRAGILE” sticker is then placed on the front.
All Giclee prints and original paintings (upon request) will be packed and secured in a plastic tube for international shipping.
Any original work with a price tag of more than Php 15,000.00 has shipping insurance purchased on it by us, in the event of damage caused by the postage system’s delivery.

Returns & Refunds
Artzense will not accept returns for original paintings, and it will not give refunds because all the artworks posted on our website are one-of-a-kind original pieces.
However, Artzense will replace damaged artworks if the report of complaint is made within 7 working days of delivery and the damaged piece is returned within 30 working days of delivery. We will contact the courier to receive the damaged artwork. If the damage is not proven to be the result of the postage system’s delivery or the artist’s own production and packaging errors, the item will not be replaced by Artzense.
You can inform us of any cancellation of order by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placement of order. Just be sure to indicate the reference number.
For cancellation of orders, we will be charging a 10% administrative fee. The balance will be refunded to you within 14 days.
There will be absolutely no sharing of information with third parties. All online customer information will be strictly limited to the processing and shipment of orders.
